Your donation to Legal Aid of Southeastern Pennsylvania (LASP) ensures that individuals and families in Bucks, Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery counties who cannot afford an attorney have access to the civil legal help they need to protect their safety, homes, health, and futures. LASP serves some of the community’s most vulnerable residents, including people living in poverty, survivors of domestic violence, veterans, and low- to moderate-income seniors facing life-altering legal challenges.
Every day, LASP helps clients secure protection from abuse, prevent eviction and foreclosure, resolve child custody disputes, obtain vital healthcare benefits, clear barriers through expungements and pardons, and navigate countless other critical legal matters.
